End-user licence for the official Lattice9 app Version 1.0 - 22 October 2026 This agreement is between Mampi Technologies Ltd (Company No. 17484970, registered in England and Wales, support@mampitech.com) and the person who buys the official Lattice9 app. This agreement covers the app. It is separate from the source-code licence that applies to people reading the source code. What you are buying You pay once. This is a one-off purchase of the official Lattice9 app, bought through mampitech.com. Payment is handled by our reseller, Gumroad. It is not a subscription. Updates Updates to Lattice9 version 1 are included at no extra cost, for as long as we provide them. We will tell you about updates by email through the store you bought from. What you may do You may install Lattice9 on your own devices and use it yourself. If you buy it for a business, each person who uses Lattice9 needs their own copy. What you may not do You may not give copies of the app to anyone else. You may not sell it, rent it, or put it inside something you sell. Your files stay on your devices Lattice9 has no back door. It does not collect your files, your password or your recovery key, and it does not send them to Mampi Technologies Ltd or to anyone else. There is no account. Keep backups Lattice9 is a vault, not a backup. Keep a backup copy of your important files and of your vault somewhere else. If the password and the recovery key are both lost If you lose the password and you also lose the recovery key, the vault cannot be opened. Nobody can recover them for you. That includes Mampi Technologies Ltd. The company does not keep a copy of your password or your recovery key, and it has no reset. Your rights under UK law If you buy Lattice9 as a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights, including the right to digital content that is as described and works properly. This agreement does not take those rights away, and it does not limit any responsibility that the law says cannot be limited. Beyond those rights, Lattice9 is supplied without any extra warranty. If you buy Lattice9 for a business If you are not a consumer, our total responsibility to you for anything to do with Lattice9 is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow this to be limited. Problems and refunds If something is wrong, email support@mampitech.com. Refunds follow your legal rights and the store's refund process. Which law applies This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
