When a computer has slowed down
A slow computer is usually one of a few ordinary things. The disk is nearly full, Windows is waiting on updates, a lot of programs start with the machine, or the browser is carrying too many extras. I do not guess which one from a text message.
On a tune-up I look, tell you what I found, and you decide what to do. That look is quoted before the work. If the computer will not start at all, say so in the first message, because that is a different job from a tidy-up.
