PC repair and security checks in Ossett
Ossett is my home base. A home visit here is the simplest to arrange, and collection and return is straightforward because I am already in town. Remote help is there as well if you would rather not have a visit.

What to send me before a visit
A useful message is short. Say what the computer is doing, when it started, and whether you can still use it. A photo of the screen helps if there is an error or a pop-up. You do not need to know the name of the fault. I look, then I tell you what is worth doing.
If you are staring at a message and wondering whether it is a trick, use the free "Is this a scam?" check before you book a repair.
