PC repair and security checks in Mirfield
I cover Mirfield from my base in Ossett, as part of my Kirklees work. I can visit, collect the computer and bring it back, or join a remote session when we can both see the screen.
What I offer in Mirfield
You do not have to decide the technical fix. Say what is going wrong, and whether you would rather I came out, took the machine away, or helped on screen.
- Home visits
- Collection and return
- Remote help
- A free "Is this a scam?" check
- ID you can verify
- Quote before any work
Visit, or remote help
Remote help suits a computer you can still switch on: a slow machine, a setting you cannot find, or a pop-up you want a second pair of eyes on. You see everything, and you can end the session when you want.
A visit, or collection and return, suits a computer that will not turn on, a machine making a new noise, or a job you would rather not do over the internet. You pick. I do not phone people out of the blue to start a job. If someone does that to you, hang up and use the free "Is this a scam?" check.
