PC repair and security checks in Horbury
Horbury neighbours Ossett, and Ossett is my home base. I can come to the house, collect the computer and bring it back, or help remotely when the job can be done on screen.
What I offer in Horbury
The practical choices are a visit, collection and return, or a remote session. Nothing starts until you have a quote.
- Home visits
- Collection and return
- Remote help
- A free "Is this a scam?" check
- ID you can verify
- Quote before any work
Collection and return
Some repairs are awkward on a kitchen table. A computer that will not switch on, or a Windows reinstall where your files need backing up first, is often easier if I take the machine away and bring it back.
You get the quote before it leaves the house. Have the power cable with it. If a password is needed, tell me in person rather than by email. I do not ask you to post the computer anywhere.
